Over 30 Years of Professional Experience

With over 30 years of professional experience and over 21 years of managerial experience, I have managed large-scale operations in public and private sectors in facility management, site and mixed-use building management, technical operations and maintenance, project management, construction project coordination, procurement, supplier, and contract management.

At the core of my professional approach is not just operating a building, but handling planning, design, construction, commissioning, operation, maintenance, renovation, and cost management as a single integrated life cycle.

As a professional manager and leader, I offer these experiences and capabilities to industrial facilities, factories, mixed-use projects, residential complexes, and companies through facility management and process management consultancy services.

Facility and Site Management

As a Level 6 MYK Certified Facility Manager and TESYÖN member, I have been involved in the operation and management processes of university campuses, mixed-use buildings such as shopping malls and residences, and multi-location large facilities. I managed technical operations, common area management, security, cleaning, landscaping, energy, administrative services, and contractor operations in campuses up to 1,500,000 m².

Maintenance, Repair & Technical Operations

My approach in technical operations is based on designing preventive, planned, and predictive maintenance systems together to ensure the continuity of the facility, rather than intervening after a breakdown occurs. I managed the operation and maintenance processes of HVAC, central heating-cooling, elevators, generators, transformers, water systems, biological treatment, fire systems, and special technical infrastructures.

Sustainable facilities can be achieved with a sustainable management and maintenance approach.

Project Management & Construction Project Coordination

On the project management side, I carried out end-to-end project coordination from needs assessment and master planning to design, tender and contract processes, site management, quantity surveying, progress payment, and final account controls. I participated in the planning, design, and construction processes of a total of 1,300,000 m² campus master plan and over 650,000 m² of superstructure and kilometers of infrastructure projects.

Procurement, Supplier & Contract Management

I handle procurement and supply management not just as a price-taking and purchasing process, but as a strategic process where cost, quality, time, risk, and total cost of ownership are managed together. I have managed procurement processes for goods, services, and construction works in the public and private sectors, as well as for technical services, maintenance-repair, construction, equipment, and operational needs.

For me, successful facility or project management is not just about getting things done on time, but about establishing the right system. My goal is to create and operate safe, sustainable, measurable, efficient, and cost-controlled buildings and facilities.

I use the experience I have today with the understanding that facility and site management, technical operations and maintenance management, project and construction management, procurement, supplier, and contract management are not separate, but a single integrated management system.
